Mobaer takes on a limited number of brands at a time, building only Shopify stores and e-commerce sites. No sprawling client list, no cookie-cutter builds — just focused work and the same care applied to your data as to your design.
By using our site or working with us, you’re agreeing to this policy.
What lands in our hands Your name, email, phone number. Business and brand details. The briefs, files, and assets you share with us — logos, images, videos, store content. Shopify, domain, and hosting details when a project needs them. Billing info to keep invoices clean. Some device and browser data through analytics. And whatever comes through email, WhatsApp, calls, or our contact form.
Nothing more than the project actually requires.
Why we ask for it To understand where your business is headed. To actually build the store you need. To bill you correctly and support you after launch. To make our site work better. And, where the law requires it, to stay compliant.
What we won’t do Sell your data. Rent it. Trade it. Your business plans, your customer lists, your project files — none of it leaves the room. Working with fewer brands at once means nothing about your project gets treated as routine.
How payment works 70% upfront books the project and gets work started. The remaining 30% is due before we hand over source files, credentials, or ownership. Anything beyond the agreed scope gets quoted — and approved — before we touch it.
Cookies We use them to remember preferences, understand how people use the site, and keep things secure. Turn them off in your browser whenever you like.
Keeping things secure Trusted hosting, secure channels, standard best practices. No platform is bulletproof, but this is treated as a priority, not an afterthought.
